潮州蒸鱼
难得在这里买到活鱼啊 今天撞上了 怎么能错过啊 马上下手了一条
材料: 鱼 咸菜 番茄 香菇 鱼露 葱 姜 蒜
做法: 1 鱼洗干净 在身上割几刀 方便入味 然后放点料酒腌一下
2 咸菜 香菇 番茄切好备用
3 鱼露和水按比例调好备用
4 在碗里先铺点葱段 再把鱼放上面(下面的葱段起了一个间隔空间的作用 这样在蒸的时候可以更入味)
5 放上全部配料 在淋上鱼露 放蒸锅蒸15-20分钟就完成了
